Shell engine oil PP/PET plastic empty bottle packing line system

This project including the pallet dispenser/pallet magazine/pallet feeder to supply the empty plastic empty pallet to the layer palletizer machine 
The Shell PP/PET engine oil plastic empty bottle feeder from blow molding machine by flexible conveyor line 
The Shell PP/PET engine oil plastic empty bottle layer palletizer machine stack them layer by layer and sucker the paper sheet in middle of the layer bottle 
Stacking layer by layer , when finish stacking that fully pallet Shell PP/PET engine oil plastic empty bottle will conveyor to the shuttle car , the shuttle car will moving to the end of packing line to packing the bottle . the vertical pallet strapping machine strap the four PP belts on the full Shell PP/PET engine oil plastic empty bottle pallet to make it stable and not fall down . then the G6 fully automatic inline pallet wrapper wrap the film around to make it water proof and dust proof. In this way to protect the Shell PP/PET engine oil plastic empty bottle.
This is the automatic the end of packing line system , the second packing line system .
