Machine application ：

henopac pallet changer is design for the storage ,warehouse and logistic industry ,it can change the different size pallet for the one fully pallet cargo by clamp,overturn and labor operating.

Operating mode:
 the labor put one fully pallet cargo put on the overturn position by forklift
 the top presser plate down, the two side clamp plate centered clamp,they working in the same time ,saving the time improving the efficiency ,the top presser plate drive by the asynchronous with the ball screw, the working journey can adjustable,it protect the cargo effective,the side plated drive by the asynchronous motor and Screw rod with positive and negative threads, it also can adjustable
 start the overturn device, it will overturn the cargo rotary to the specific angle(provisional 110°)and stop
 start the bottom support plate device ,rotary to the horizontal position ,separate the pallet with the cargo ,the labor will pick up the one pallet and put a new one pallet in the bottom support plate position .
 the bottom support plate will rotary to cargo position , the total pallet cargo will overturn the original position
 the will unload the total pallet cargo from the pallet changer  henopac pallet changer
 it will start the next fully cargo
